Maha: Gorhe takes serious note of alleged atrocities on minor girls in Sangli ashram school

Pune, Apr 28 (UNI) Deputy Chair of Maharashtra Legislative Council, Dr Neelam Gorhe, has taken a serious note of shocking incident of alleged atrocities on minor girls in an ashram school being run by the Social Welfare Department in Sangli district.
On Monday, she submitted a detailed information to the Chief Secretary of the state, Director General of Police, Social Welfare Commissioner and Superintendent of Police of Sangli district, demanding immediate strict action against the culprits.
She said that a case came to light on April 26, in which the school principal is facing serious allegations of atrocities on minor girls.
