Maha: LPG distributors move Nagpur Bench against mandatory OTP rule for cylinder delivery

Nagpur, May 9 (UNI) The LPG Distributors Association (India) has filed a petition before the Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court challenging the mandatory Delivery Authentication Code (DAC/OTP) requirement for domestic LPG cylinder deliveries.
The petition was heard by a division bench of Justices Anil Kilore and Raj Wakode.
According to the petition, DAC was not mandatory for cylinder delivery earlier.
