Maharashtra: Woman and her two children die in road accident

Sangli (Maharashtra), Dec 11 (UNI) A woman and her two children were killed on the spot while her husband was seriously injured when a jeep collided with their two-wheeler in Sangli district of Maharashtra on Wednesday.
According to Sangli rural police, one Vishwas Dadasaheb Mharugade (30), a porter and resident at Yashwant Nagar of the city, was on way to attend a wedding ceremony at Talewadi in Aatpadi tehsil of this district with his wife and two children.
On Tasgaon road, a speedy passenger Jeep collided head on with the two-wheeler, seriously injuring Mharugade while his wife Deepali (28) and two children Sarthak (7) and Rajkumar (5) were killed on the spot. Vishwas was admitted at Sangli civil hospital.
