Modi Govt driven by development & public welfare: Ramchander Rao

Hyderabad, June 10 (UNI) Telangana BJP State President N Ramchander Rao on Wednesday said the Narendra Modi-led NDA government had transformed the country over the last 12 years with a strong focus on development, public welfare, infrastructure growth and economic reforms.
Addressing a press conference here to mark 12 years of the Modi government, Rao described Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s tenure as a “golden era” in India’s democratic history and said the Centre had worked with the objectives of “Jan Vishwas, Vikas and Jan Kalyan” (People’s Trust, Development and Public Welfare).
He said Modi had become the longest-serving consecutively elected Prime Minister in the country after completing 4,399 days in office and credited the achievement to the trust and aspirations of 140 crore Indians.

Hyderabad/New Delhi, July 22 (UNI) union Coal and Mines Minister G Kishan Reddy on Wednesday welcomed the Centre's decision to increase rice procurement from Telangana by an additional 8 lakh metric tonnes, raising the target from 35 lakh metric tonnes to 43 lakh metric tonnes (equivalent to 64 lakh metric tonnes of paddy) for the Kharif Marketing Season 2025-26.
