Murder accused who tried to spread fear as local goon held with firearm in Delhi

New Delhi, Nov 5 (UNI) A man, out on bail in a murder case recently, has been arrested by Delhi Police for reasserting his dominance as a local goon in West Delhi with an illegal firearm.
According to the police, the accused, identified as Manoj (29), a resident of Jhuggi, Ramesh Nagar, had earlier been involved in a 2017 murder case registered at Khyala police station and had spent around seven years in jail.
After being released on bail in January this year, he allegedly began threatening and extorting local bootleggers and gamblers in Ramesh Nagar and nearby areas to establish himself as a local goon.
