Kathmandu, Oct 31 (UNI) Laxmi Puja, dedicated to the Hindu goddess of wealth and prosperity, is being observed across Nepal here on Thursday, media reports said.
Traditionally observed on the third day of the Tihar festival, also known as Yamapanchak, which began on Wednesday, Laxmi Puja this year coincides with Tihar's second day, along with Narak Chaturdashi and Kukur Tihar, the festival dedicated to worshipping dogs, the Himalayan times reported.
