Nepali PM Oli, Bangladeshi Minister Hasan discuss strengthening bilateral ties

Kathmandu, Oct 4 (UNI) Nepali Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Bangladeshi Minister for Forest, Environment, Climate Change, and Water Resources Syeda Rizwana Hasan met to discuss strengthening bilateral relations, media reports said.
According to the prime minister’s secretariat, the talks, held at the PM's residence in Baluwataron Thursday, aimed to boost cooperation between Nepal and Bangladesh, notably in the energy sector, the Kathmandu Post reported.
The meeting was attended by Bishnu Rimal, Foreign Ministry Joint Secretary Bhrigu Dhungana, Nepali Ambassador to Bangladesh Ghanshyam Bhandari, and Bangladeshi Ambassador to Nepal Salahuddin Noman Chowdhury, the report said.
