New India has demonstrated decisive action against terrorism: Chouhan

Patna, Jun 17 (UNI) union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare and Rural Development Shivraj Singh Chouhan today said that India has achieved historic milestones in development, good governance, security and self-reliance over the past 12 years, and has now emerged as a strong, confident and influential nation on the global stage.
Addressing an intellectuals’ conference organised by the BJP on the completion of 12 years of the union Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chouhan said that today's India is capable of taking decisive action against terrorism.
He asserted that under Modi's leadership, the country has made it clear that no leniency will be shown towards terrorism or those supporting it. Referring to national security, he said that India's security and dignity cannot be compromised at any cost.
