India wins toss, to bowl first in 2nd T20 against England

Chennai, Jan 25 (UNI) India won the toss and decided to bowl first in the second T20
cricket match against England at the M A Chidambaram Stadium here on Saturday
night.
Today's is the first T20 match at Chepauk in seven years.
Both the teams made two changes to the team that played the first T20 at Kolkata
which India won by seven wicket to go up 1-0 in the five match series.
All rounder Nitish Kumar was ruled out of the remainder of the series due to a side
strain and Rinku Singh suffered a lower back spasm and would not be available for
today's match and also for the 3rd T20.
They were replaced by local lad and offie Washington Sundar, also a useful batsman,
and wicket-keeper Dhruv Jurel.
Pacer Mohd Shami continues to miss out.
England, too was beset with some injury concern as Jacob Bethell, who missed training
on Friday, was ruled out of today's match along with pacer Gus Atkinson, who leaked
runs in the last match.
They were replaced by wicket keeper-batter Jamie Smith who was handed his T20I debut,
and South African born fast bowler Brydon Carse.
