National Textile Mission signs MOU with Central Agriculture University Pusa

Samastipur, May 9 (UNI) Union Textile Minister Giriraj Singh on Friday said that with an aim to work together and to achieve new targets, the National Textile Mission has signed an MOU with Pusa-based Central Agriculture University.
After inaugurating a seminar on "Agro textiles and Silage Maize Production" here on Friday, Singh told news persons thatthe National Textile Mission and Central Agriculture University can work together in various manner. For this he said both signed a MOU. An agreement has also been made between the University and Mahina Seed Corporation of Samastipur to promote Silage Maize Production.
Singh said that maize-based silage units were being established in Bihar to provide good quality fodder to the animals. He said that National Technical Textile Mission and agriculture can do a lot of work together.

Water metro in Ganga to be launched within one-and-a-half months: CM Choudhary
