1,315 Head Forest Guard posts to be created in Jharkhand: Cabinet

Ranchi, Nov 12 (UNI) The Jharkhand Cabiner on Wednesday approved the creation of 1,315 Head Forest Guard posts out of the total 3,883 sanctioned ones.
The decision was taken during the 63rd meeting of the Jharkhand Cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister Hemant Soren here.
According to the Cabinet, the amendment for creating Head Forest Guard posts was aimed at improving supervisory capacity and efficiency within the state's forest administration.
