BJP’s Jay Dholkia leads Nuapada By poll by over 25,000 votes in early counting

Bhubaneswar, Nov 14 (UNI) Early trends from the Nuapada Assembly bypoll in Odisha show BJP candidate Jay Dholkia establishing a commanding lead of over 25,000 votes at the end of the seventh round of counting.
According to initial reports, Jay Dholkia has secured 36,088 votes, while his closest rival, BJD candidate Snehangini Chhuria, has received 10,742 votes. Congress nominee Ghasiram Majhi follows with 9,476 votes after the seventh round.
The Chief Electoral Office (CEO) confirmed that counting will be conducted in 26 rounds in total.
