54 Jharkhand police sub-inspectors promoted to inspector rank

Ranchi, Nov 15 (UNI) Fifty-four Sub-Inspectors of Jharkhand Police have been promoted to the rank of Inspector following an order issued by the Director General of Police (DGP).
The promotion applies only to officers with no pending court cases, while those facing criminal charges, departmental proceedings or major penalties in the past three years will have their promotions withheld.
The list includes Vijay Paswan, Junu Hembram, Banda Oraon, Vidyasagar Pal, Mahavir Singh, Dhruv Kumar Mishra, Rassilal Murmu, Manoj Kumar, Sahdev Soren, Gobind Marandi and several others.

West Bengal to make Vande Mataram mandatory in Government Schools from Monday
