50 new electric buses added to DTC fleet to ensure pollution-free public transport: Delhi CM

New Delhi, Nov 14 (UNI) Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Friday said her government is shifting the public transport system to Electric mode (EV), and that 50 new electric buses have been added to Delhi Transport Corporation's fleet.
She said that it's the government's top priority to provide the residents of the national capital with state-of-the-art, convenient, safe and pollution-free public transport, while enhancing greenery and making the capital clean.
According to the CM, the addition of these new EV buses will not only help in reducing pollution, but will also provide the passengers with an eco- friendly and comfortable mode of transportation.
