HUDCO achieves record-breaking H1FY2025-26 results

New Delhi, Nov 10 (UNI) The Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has achieved record-breaking results for H1 2025-26 Financial Year with Profit Before Tax (PBT) surging 7.55 percent.
While announcing the results, Sanjay Kulshreshta, CMD of HUDCO, said, “The company expects its Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) to grow by 25 pc in the Financial Year 2025 owing to the Government’s strong emphasis on infrastructure development and the recent announcement regarding PMAY 2.0.”
Loan sanctions stood at Rs 92, 985 crore against Rs 76,472 crore, which is an increase of 21.59pc Year-on-Year (YoY). Loan disbursements for H1 remained at Rs 25,838 crore against Rs 21,699 crore during the same period last year.
