UP: 2 killed after being hit by a car in BJP candidate's convoy

Gonda (UP), May 29 (UNI) Two youths were killed and two others were injured when a car in the convoy of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate from Gonda seat hit them near the Bahraich railway crossing in the Colonelganj of Gonda district in Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday.
Police sources said that two bike riders, Rehan (17) and Shahzade (24) died, while two other pedestrians were seriously injured when a car escorting the convoy of BJP candidate Karan Bhushan Singh from Kaiserganj parliamentary seat collided with the car.
The angry crowd gathered around the CHC and demanded action against the accused. The police reached the spot, took the bodies into custody, and sent them for a postmortem.
