J&K ANTF nabs interstate drug smuggler with 500 gms of heroin

Jammu, Nov 11 (UNI) The Jammu wing of Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) has achieved a major success by recovering approximately 500 grams of heroin and arrested an inter-state drug smuggler involved in the illicit narcotics trade.
As per the communiqué issued here, during the operation, a team of ANTF Jammu intercepted the suspect following sustained surveillance and credible intelligence regarding drug trafficking activity.
The accused has been identified as Mohd. Parvez of Jaffarabad, North-East Delhi and upon search, the team recovered around 500 grams of heroin from his possession, it read.
