Mayawati extends greetings on Uttarakhand’s 25th Foundation Day, emphasises good governance, public welfare

Lucknow, Nov 9 (UNI) Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo and former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati has extended heartfelt greetings to the people of Uttarakhand on the 25th anniversary of the state’s formation, calling it a moment of pride and reflection for all residents.
In her message posted on X, Mayawati congratulated all brothers, sisters, and their families in Uttarakhand on the occasion of the state’s Silver Jubilee. She recalled that during her tenure as Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, her government had created several new districts, tehsils, and blocks to promote public welfare, development, and administrative convenience in the hill regions that later became part of Uttarakhand.
Expressing her good wishes for the people of the state, she said she hopes that “the lives of the people of the newly formed Uttarakhand remain happy and prosperous.”

UP’s first skill development centre under Jal Jeevan Mission established in Ayodhya

Ayodhya, May 9 (UNI) Ayodhya has emerged as a unique model for the efficient implementation of the Jal Jeevan Mission and skill development initiatives.

The state’s first Skill Development Centre under the Jal Jeevan Mission has been established in Ayodhya, where artisans associated with the mission are being provided practical training. So far, more than 550 artisans, including women, have been trained and made skilled.
