Lucknow, Mar 3 (UNI) Samajwadi Party (SP) President Akhilesh Yadav on Monday termed the advice of working 90 hours a week as impractical and said that those who are giving this advice to the youth should introspect and tell why this idea did not come to them when they were young and even if it came to their mind, why did they not do it.
In a statement issued here, Akhilesh questioned whether those who are advising employees to work for 90 hours are talking about robots instead of humans because humans want to live with emotions and family. He said that those giving advice forgot that the entertainment and film industry also adds billions of rupees to the economy.
He said that these people probably do not know that entertainment makes people feel refreshed, revived, and re-energised, which improves the working quality. He said that these people should not forget that the youth not only have hands, legs, or body, they also have a heart that wants to live freely and it is not about working for hours but about working wholeheartedly.
