Cyberabad police assess situation at RGIA following IndiGo flight disruptions

Hyderabad, Dec 5 (UNI) In the wake of ongoing IndiGo flight cancellations, senior Cyberabad Police officials visited the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) on Friday to review the situation and ensure passenger convenience amid the disruptions.
DCP Shamshabad B Rajesh, Additional DCP K Purnachander Rao, ACP Shamshabad V Srikanth Goud and RGIA Outpost Inspector Sampathi Kanakaiah met with IndiGo’s Regional Manager, who briefed them on the operational challenges leading to the cancellations. He assured that the airline’s teams were working to resolve the issues at the earliest and restore normal flight operations.
The police officers inspected key areas of the airport, including IndiGo check-in counters, the departure zone, boarding gates and bus gates, to assess passenger movement, staff deployment and crowd management.
