Kuwait–Hyderabad IndiGo flight diverted to Mumbai after bomb threat

Hyderabad, Dec 2 (UNI) An IndiGo flight from Kuwait to Hyderabad was diverted to Mumbai on Tuesday after airport authorities received a threat message warning of a “human bomb” onboard.
The alert, sent through a detailed email, was assessed as specific, prompting an immediate security response.
According to reports, the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad received bomb threat email targeting flight 6E1234. Officials quickly alerted the pilot, leading to the aircraft being diverted from its scheduled 0810 hours landing in Hyderabad to Mumbai instead.
