Karnataka BJP President Vijayendra slams Rahul for 'fighting Indian state' remark

Bengaluru, Jan 16 (UNI) Karnataka BJP President Vijayendra Yediyurappa has slammed Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for his “fighting the Indian state,” remark calling it a display of irresponsibility and immaturity unbecoming of the Leader of the Opposition.
In a strongly worded statement on Thursday, Vijayendra said such remarks not only undermine India’s democratic framework but also embolden anti-national forces.
“This is not an isolated incident. Rahul Gandhi’s history is replete with actions and utterances that appear to align more with anti-national sentiments than with the aspirations of the Indian populace. His associations with urban Naxals and entities aiming to tarnish India’s global image are well-documented,” he alleged.
