Cong slams Kerala police over ‘terror-style’ treatment of KSU activists

Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 13 (UNI) The Congress has accused the Kerala police of trampling on human rights after three Kerala Students union (KSU) activists were produced before court in Vadakkanchery with their hands tied and faces covered in black cloth.
Calling it 'a scene straight out of a dictatorship,' KPCC President Sunny Joseph said the shocking act exposed the political bias of the force.
“On a false complaint by SFI, our students were paraded like dreaded terrorists. What treason did these youngsters commit to deserve such humiliation? Police stations in Kerala are being run like the fiefdoms of Hitler, Stalin and Mussolini,” he charged.
