15th Global Sports Summit - 'TURF 2025' & 'India Sports Awards 2025' to be held on Nov 21

New Delhi, Nov 13(UNI) The 15th Global Sports Summit- 'FICCI TURF 2025' along with 'India Sports Awards 2025' will be organised at the national capital on November 21 at the FICCI, Federation House.
Under the theme, 'Indian Sports - Forging the Path to Global Excellence', TURF 2025 will serve as India's most influential platform on the business of sports, uniting global leaders, policymakers, athletes, industry professionals, and investors, further boosting FICCI's efforts to shape the future of the nation's sports ecosystem.
Australia will be the Partner Country in this summit, with His Excellency Philip Green, the Australian High Commissioner to India also set to attend the summit.

Squash: Veer Chotrani’s exit ends India’s World Championships campaign

Giza (Egypt), May 11 (UNI) India’s challenge at the World Squash Championships 2026 ended after Veer Chotrani lost his second-round match against world No. 1 Mostafa Asal here.
Veer Chotrani, 45th in the men’s squash rankings, lost 3-0 (11-5, 11-2, 11-4) to local favourite and defending champion Mostafa Asal at the Palm Hills Club and PGC Golf Central Mall to bow out of the competition on Sunday.
The 24-year-old was the only one of the four Indian squash players in action at Giza to make it to the second round.
