Maha: First skill development training for prisoners starts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar jail

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, May 8 (UNI) District collector Dileep Swami on Thursday launched an innovative initiative of skill development training for prisoners in the district central jail here so that they can take skill training while serving their sentences in the jail and restart their lives with dignity after the end of their sentences.
As a punishment given by the court for a crime committed at a careless moment in life, the district administration has implemented an innovative initiative of skill development training in the jail.
Due to this initiative, the jail will become a true reformatory.
