IndiGo Nagpur-Pune flight diverted to Hyderabad; passengers stranded and furious.

Pune Dec 5 (UNI) A major flight mismanagement incident unfolded last night when an IndiGo flight scheduled to travel from Nagpur to Pune left passengers stranded in Hyderabad. The Nagpur-Pune flight, scheduled for 11:40 pm, did not take off until 1 am.
After finally taking off, the crew informed passengers mid-air that the aircraft could not land in Pune due to lack of landing clearance and unavailability of space, and the flight was diverted to Hyderabad.
Even after landing in Hyderabad, passengers were not allowed to disembark for nearly an hour. It was only after some passengers protested inside the aircraft that they were permitted to step out into the terminal. Several Nagpur passengers remain stuck in Hyderabad, awaiting onward travel to Pune.
