Kohinoor Group and Mahalaxmi Group Set Global Benchmark with Landmark Delivery to Keppel Land, Singapore

Pune, Jan 23 ( UNI) Kohinoor Group and Mahalaxmi Group have jointly delivered a 1.1 million sq ft Grade AAA IT tower to Keppel Land, Singapore, marking a significant milestone for India’s commercial real estate sector.
Completed in a record 24 months, the project sets a new benchmark for institutional-grade execution, financial discipline, and timely delivery.
Located on a four-acre site in Pune’s Kharadi IT corridor, the development represents Maharashtra’s first forward-purchase office transaction with a global institutional investor. The deal was backed by Temasek Holdings, which holds a 21 percent stake in Keppel Land. The delivery risk rested entirely with the developers, making the successful handover a strong endorsement of the Kohinoor–Mahalaxmi partnership’s credibility and capability, a release stated on Friday.
