Two killed in Jalgaon accident

Jalgaon, Apr 29 (UNI) A father and son died on the spot and a woman and kid were injured when a bike and an SUV collided at Bor Ghat in Raver taluka of Jalgaon district of Maharashtra on Monday night.
According to police, the deceased were identified as Pintu Bodole (30) and his three-year-old son Ritik Bodole. Pintu Bodole, along with his wife Malubai (28) and two sons Ritik (3) and Tenguram (8 months) were travelling on bike. They had left Bhusawal to meet their relatives. Meanwhile, an SUV coming from Khergaon to Bhusawal hit their motorcycle, police said.
It is reported that the accident took place on Monday night at Bor Ghat in Raver taluka.
The Bodole family worked as masons in Bhusawal. The former taluka president of the BJP Ravindra Patil and Bala Amodkar rushed to Raver rural hospital and shifted the injured Malubai Bodole and Tenguram Bodole to Faizpur for further treatment.
A complaint has been filed with the police against the driver concerned. The police are currently investigating the matter.
