Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) warns Indigo over chaotic operations, demands immediate service improvements

Pune, Dec 6 (UNI) Passengers across the country, particularly those flying with Indigo are facing inconvenience, financial difficulties and mental stress due to the airline’s disorganized operations. The Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) demanded here on Saturday that the company immediately improve its functioning and ensure smooth flight operations.
Failing this, the party has warned of intense protests at Indigo’s airport counters. A delegation led by city coordinator Anand Goyal submitted a memorandum to the Airport Authority’s Pune Airport Director, urging intervention to resolve the ongoing issues and restore normal airline services. The delegation included Yash Chavan, Sunny Pawar, Amol Dhamji, and Nitin Chandanshiwe. A copy of the memorandum was also submitted to Indigo’s Pune management.
The memorandum highlights that in recent days Indigo has been abruptly cancelling flights, changing routes without prior notice, and delaying departures. These actions have caused significant confusion and hardship for passengers, Goyal pointed out.
