Russian Secretary of Security Council Sergei Shoigu calls NATO one of Moscow’s biggest national security threats

Moscow, July 16 (UNI) Russian Security Council Secretary, Sergey Shoigu, has called NATO one of Moscow’s biggest ‘national security’ threats, citing the international alliance’s decision to increase its overall defence spending to 5% of its GDP by 2035.

In an interview with Kommersant, Shoigu drew attention to the bloc’s already massive military power and what such a big increase in defence could mean.
