Odisha DGP orders SIT probe into pre-poll violence in Khallikote

Bhubaneswar, May 17 (UNI) A Special Investigation Team will investigate the pre-poll violence in Khallikote in which one BJP worker was murdered and some others were injured.

Odisha DGP Arun Sharangi on Friday said the SIT will arrest the rest accused persons involved in the incident early, collect proper evidence (scientific/ forensic/ digital), and submit a charge sheet within 30 days for early trial of the case.
