Odisha youth killed in Moscow drone strike, family seeks return of body

Bhubaneswar, May 18 (UNI) A young man from Odisha’s Ganjam district reportedly lost his life in a drone attack in Moscow, allegedly linked to the ongoing conflict involving Ukraine, family members said on Monday.
The deceased, identified as Ramaya from Madhabandh village under Chikiti block, had travelled to Moscow nearly a month ago in search of employment and was working in a factory there.
According to his family, they received the tragic news from one of Ramaya’s friends in Moscow, who informed them that seven people were injured in the drone strike on Saturday. While the others are currently undergoing treatment, Ramaya reportedly succumbed to his injuries.
