Opposition remains vocal on fourth day of winter session

Ranchi, Dec 10 (UNI) The fourth day of the Jharkhand Assembly’s Winter Session witnessed renewed turbulence as the main opposition party, the BJP, staged a strong demonstration outside the Assembly gate, raising several issues against the state government.
BJP legislators, carrying placards, accused the government of reneging on its promises and raised slogans such as “Kya Hua Tera Vaada?”, “Ek Vote–7 Vadon Ki Guarantee Ka Dhoka”, and “When will OBCs get 27% reservation?” The party sought to corner the government on these issues, questioning its commitment and accountability.
Inside the Assembly, the BJP continued with its aggressive stance. Koderma MLA Neera Yadav expressed strong displeasure after she was reportedly denied an opportunity to speak during the third day of the session. On Wednesday, she staged a sit-in protest outside the House to register her dissent.
