Pakistan eyes $200 mln meat export to Malaysia

Islamabad, Oct 4 (UNI) Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim stated that the government will import beef and grains from Pakistan even as Prime Minster Shehbaz Sharif set a target of earning nearly
200 million annually through export of halal meat, media reports said.
He made the statement during a joint media briefing with Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday following their bilateral meeting, during which the two leaders discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in vital sectors such as commerce, investment, agriculture, tourism, education, and defence.
