Passion is key in Administrative Services: Frm Mumbai Police Commissioner

Pune July 13 (UNI) Former Mumbai Police Commissioner Vivek Phansalkar today listed empathy, compassion and passion as key attributes that administraters should pocess.
Phansalkar was addressing the 15th National Felicitation Ceremony for UPSC achievers, organized by MIT World Peace University’s MIT School of Government (MIT-SOG) and the Department of Economics and Public Policy at the Swami Vivekananda Auditorium in Kothrud here in the city.
He emphasized that success is not possible without passion, which must be coupled with hard work. A habit of continuous learning and a focus on quality work are crucial, he added. "Our conduct defines our path to progress," he explained.
