People do not rely on free electricity promise of those grabbing land instead of jobs: JDU

Patna, Dec 9 (UNI) JDU Bihar President Umesh Kushwaha alleged that the people will never rely on 200 unit free electricity promises made by the RJD leaders who grabbed land in lieu of providing jobs.
Kushwaha told newspersons here on Monday that those who filled their coffers by burgling government funds can never be well-wishers of the poor. He alleged that RJD during its 15 years of rule exploited the poor and is in the habit of spreading rumours whenever it is in the opposition.
He said that Lalu- Rabri during their 15 years of rule never initiated any concrete step to provide electricity in the households of the poor but now it was 24 hours available in the urban areas and 21 to 22 hours in the rural areas. The per capita electricity consumption has also gone up to 360 units from 70 units.
