PM Modi announces relief for victims of Jaisalmer bus fire

New Delhi, Oct 15 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi today expressed deep sorrow over the tragic bus fire incident in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, and extended his thoughts to the affected families.
“Distressed by the loss of lives due to a mishap in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. My thoughts are with the affected people and their families during this difficult time. Praying for the speedy recovery of the injured,” PM Modi said in a post on X (formerly Twitter).
The devastating bus accident, which occurred late yesterday, claimed the lives of at least 20 people and left 16 others injured. The bus, which was travelling from Jaisalmer to Jodhpur, caught fire near Thaiyat village, sparking a massive rescue operation.
