Powerful trailer of 'System' unleased

Mumbai, May 12 (UNI) The makers of the courtroom drama titled "System" have released the gripping trailer promising high emotional stakes and intense legal confrontations.
The Prime Original thriller is directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari and produced by Pammi Baweja, Harman Baweja, and Smita Baliga under the banner of Baweja Studios.
The film is scripted by Harman Baweja, Arun Sukumar, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, Tasneem Lokhandwala and Akshat Ghildial. "System" stars Sonakshi Sinha, Jyothika and Ashutosh Gowariker in lead roles. They will also feature Preeti Agarwal, Adinath Kothare, Ashriya Mishra, Gaurav Pandey, and Sayandeep Sengupta in pivotal roles.
"System" will premiere exclusively on Prime Video in Hindi on May 22 in India and in over 240 countries and territories worldwide.
The trailer begins with Neha, a determined young lawyer played by Sonakshi Sinha. She receives a daunting challenge from her father (Ashutosh Gowariker) to prove herself if she wants to become a partner in his firm. To meet this challenge, she brings in Sarika (Jyotika), a sharp courtroom stenographer with ulterior motives.
The trailer then offers glimpses of fast-paced courtroom battles, complex relationships, and several powerful moments. Powerful dialogue like "The voice of the poor is lost in the noise of the rich" directly highlights the film's core conflict. The trailer begs the question: in a system where influence and power can trump truth, is justice dead or does it still have a fighting chance?
Sinha, who plays Neha, said, "Playing this character has been a very special and satisfying experience for me. I'm always drawn to stories that challenge me as an artist, and Prime Video has given me the opportunity to explore different genres and themes, from Daadar to System. This original film is not just a legal drama, but also a reflection of the society we live in, where justice can sometimes seem as fragmented as the social structures around us.
