Pralhad Joshi alleges horse-trading, Cong hits back

Hubballi/Mangaluru, July 13 (UNI) Union Minister Pralhad Joshi today alleged that Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar are indulging in "horse-trading" for political dominance, using financial muscle to consolidate support within their party.
"Both Siddaramaiah and Shivakumar are involved in horse-trading to consolidate their positions within the party," Joshi told reporters.
"Siddaramaiah recently asserted that he has his own loyalists, signalling deep internal rifts. Both leaders are using money power to woo legislators, leading to growing friction between them."
