Prithviraj Sukumaran’s ‘Vilayath Buddha’ trailer released, showcases stunning visuals

New Delhi, Nov 16 (UNI) The makers of the Prithviraj Sukumaran-starrer ‘Vilayath Buddha’ have unveiled the much-anticipated trailer, giving fans a first look at the film’s striking visuals and intense narrative.
Set against the lush sandalwood forests of Marayoor, the trailer hints at a story woven with themes of revenge, rivalry, and romance. Directed by Jayan Nambiar, the film introduces Prithviraj as Double Mohanan, a sandalwood smuggler, and traces his passionate romance alongside a tense rivalry.
The trailer teases a gripping confrontation between Prithviraj’s character and Shammi Thilakan, promising high-stakes drama. The cast also includes Anu Mohan, Rajashri Nair, and T J Arunachalam in pivotal roles.
Prithviraj shared the trailer on his Instagram handle, offering fans an early glimpse of the cinematic spectacle. The film’s music is composed by Jakes Bejoy, while cinematography is handled by Arvind Kashyap and Renadive.
‘Vilayath Buddha’ is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on November 21. Meanwhile, Prithviraj will also be seen in SS Rajamouli’s upcoming film ‘Varanasi’, set for a global release in 2027, starring Mahesh Babu.
