Rahul Gandhi hails UDF victory in Kerala local body polls

Thiruvananthapuram, Dec 13 (UNI) Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday saluted the people of Kerala for placing their trust in the United Democratic Front (UDF) in the local body elections, describing the outcome as a decisive and heartening mandate.
In a post on X, Gandhi said the results reflect the growing confidence of the electorate in the UDF and pointed towards a strong possibility of a sweep in the upcoming Assembly elections. “The message is clear: Kerala wants accountable governance that listens, responds, and delivers,” he said.
Stating that the UDF’s focus would remain unwavering, Gandhi said the alliance would continue to stand with the common people of Kerala, address their everyday concerns, and work towards ensuring transparent, people-first administration.
