Raj Govt moves appeal in HC against order of cancellation of SI recruitment exam 2021

Jaipur, Nov 17 (UNI) The Rajasthan Government has filed an appeal before the High Court challenging the single bench verdict ordering cancellation of the Police Sub Inspector (SI) recruitment examination 2021 in view of the large-scale paper leak.
In an appeal, the state government has stated that the paper leak from the examination center was reached only to a few examinees and the entire process of examination can not be cancelled for wrongdoing (mistake) by a few people.
The single bench of Justice Samir Jain on August 28, 2025 had ordered the cancellation of the examination process, including the selection in the service, of successful 859 examinees.
