RIFAH Chamber of Commerce annual conference held

Chennai, May 16 (UNI) The annual conference of the RIFAH Chamber of Commerce (RCC) was held in Chennai on Saturday.
RCC State President, Younus Sait delivered the inaugural address at the conference which was attended by more than 500 business people, over ten speakers, influential thinkers, and distinguished guests.
At the event, five companies that have made a remarkable contribution to the commercial growth of Tamil Nadu were honoured by presenting them with RIFAH Awards, a RCC release said.
The conference featured special addresses on various topics that included "Let Us Grow Together as One Community” by Umar Mukhtar, CEO of Go Buttons Group, "A Better Vision for the Development of Tamil Nadu” by Mr. Ahmed Bukhari, President of UEF, “Building International Business Partnerships” by international guest Dato Veera Shahul Dawood, “Creating Women Entrepreneurs” by Mrs. Janaki Maya, Founder of Cake Square, “The Perspective of Jamaat-e-Islami on the Contribution of Muslims to the Development of Tamil Nadu” by Maulavi Muhammad Hanifa Manbai, State President of Jamaat-e-Islami,
“An Integrated Sustainable Development Plan” by Maulana Khalil Ahmed Muneeri, “Expanding Business – A Social Responsibility” by Fathi, and “The Role of RIFAH in India’s Development” by Janab Mirza Afzal Baig.
RIFAH is a non-profit business network that empowers entrepreneurs through mutual cooperation, mentorship, and ethical growth. It provides support in areas such as business consultation, startup guidance, financial advice, and international business expansion. These are essential elements for the growth of a successful entrepreneur.
It is functioning across 18 states in India and in Tamil Nadu, it operates through branches in Chennai, Trichy, Theni, Kumbakonam, Krishnagiri, Vaniyambadi, Tirupattur, Pudukkottai, Thirumangalam, Mannargudi, and Tenkasi. More than 500 entrepreneurs are journeying together with RIFAH.

Indian stock markets end lower amid fresh blows between US and Iran

New Delhi, June 11 (UNI) Indian stock markets on Thursday ended lower in a highly volatile session. Nifty 50 close below the 23,200 mark amid broad-based selling across sectors, and taking fresh cues from the United States (US) fresh attack on Iran.
At close, the Sensex was down 150.63 points or 0.20 percent at 73,832.55, and the Nifty was down 53.35 points or 0.23 percent at 23,161.60.

Piyush Goyal will visit Switzerland to foster implementation of TEPA
