RJD wants to take Bihar to lantern age: Yogi

Chapra, Bihar, May 17 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath alleged that RJD and Congress wanted to take Bihar back to the lantern age at a time when the entire country was progressing in the digital era.
While addressing a rally at Amnaur in Saran Lok Sabha constituency on Friday in favour of the BJP outgoing MP Rajiv Pratap Rudi, Yogi recalled the condition of Bihar during Congress-RJD rule alleging that Bihar was at its nadir and was even struggling for its identity.
Referring to the golden period of Bihar which had flourished because of its talent, Yogi said that Congress-RJD destroyed this state which had the potential to give a direction to the nation. He said the people of this state longed for their identity during the Congress-RJD regime which had promoted and patronised mafias. Yogi alleged that the Congress, RJD once again wanted to take back Bihar to lantern era.
He said Bihar and UP share a special bond as Mata Janki belongs to this place.
Claiming a Tsunami in favour of Modi in the country, Yogi Adityanath said that Modi would become Prime Minister for the third term and alleged that the opposition only intended to grab power and had nothing to do with the governance.
This election pits ‘Rambhakt’ ( devotees of Lord Ram) against ‘Ramdrohi’ (betrayer of Lord Ram), he reiterated.
The number of people in India equal to that of Pakistan's population have emanated from poverty and were living a happy life under the Modi regime, Yogi said and suggested those to go to Pakistan who love it.
