Senior leaders in NCP (Ajit Pawar faction) voice discontent over new leadership structure

Mumbai, May 16 (UNI) Following the tragic demise of Ajit Pawar, his wife Sunetra Pawar has taken over the reins of the Nationalist Congress Party (Ajit Pawar faction). However, all does not seem well within the party, with internal discontent reportedly brewing on the heels of major organizational changes.
Sources indicate growing unease among several veteran leaders after significant responsibilities were handed over to Ajit Pawar’s sons, Parth Pawar and Jay Pawar.
Reports have emerged that a senior leader from the faction directly approached party patriarch Sharad Pawar to express dissatisfaction over Parth Pawar’s increasing influence, urging him to intervene as the head of the family and counsel the young leader.
