Severe heat wave conditions in isolated pockets of Gangetic Bengal, Bihar

Pune, Apr 23 (UNI) Day temperatures were appreciably above normal (3.1°C to 5.0°C) at many places over Vidarbha, at a few places over east Uttar Pradesh, Saurashtra and Kutch, and at isolated places over west Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Bihar on Wednesday, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.

The day temperatures were above normal (1.6°C to 3.0°C) at a few places over Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Punjab, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada and at isolated places over Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Gujarat Region, Telangana, Odisha, Gangetic West Bengal, Assam and Meghalaya, the IMD bulletin said.

Kedgaon, Lonand stations in Pune Division redeveloped under Amrit Bharat Station Scheme

Maha: CM cautions banks against CIBIL-based rejections for farm loans
