Sumant Batra launches new edition of ‘Corporate Insolvency’ in New Delhi

New Delhi, July 12 (UNI) India witnessed the launch of a significant work in its legal and economic landscape with “Corporate Insolvency” by Sumant Batra, released at an event attended by eminent dignitaries.
The Chief Guest was Justice A.K. Sikri, former Judge of the Supreme Court of India and currently a Judge at the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC).
