Shahpur, July 16 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Whip and Shahpur MLA Kewal Singh Pathania on Thursday directed officials to ensure irrigation facilities in the HP Shiva Cluster at Jhulad at the earliest, warning that delays in development projects would not be tolerated.
