Technopark redefined Kerala capital's profile as knowledge hub: MG Radhakrishnan

Thiruvananthapuram, May 20 (UNI) Senior journalist and columnist, MG Radhakrishnan, has said that Technopark played a vital role in transforming Kerala’s capital city from merely an administrative centre into a thriving knowledge and technology hub.
Speaking at the Technopark vodcast series ‘Aspire: Stories of Innovation’, Radhakrishnan said the biggest contribution of Technopark, India’s first IT park, was changing the long-held perception that Kerala was not an ideal destination for large entrepreneurial ventures.
He noted that apart from its natural ambience, Thiruvananthapuram now enjoys the advantages of the Vizhinjam International Port, strong infrastructure, leading educational institutions and relatively congestion-free logistics and connectivity.
