Telangana CM extends R-Day greetings

Hyderabad, Jan 26 (UNI) Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy extended his heartfelt greetings to the people on the occasion of Republic Day, commemorating the adoption of the Constitution, which laid the foundation for India to thrive as a democratic and sovereign republic.
Remembering the sacrifices of freedom fighters and the vision of the Constitution's framers, the Chief Minister stated that his government, within its first year, has initiated several public welfare programs inspired by the principles of the Constitution.
He highlighted key initiatives aimed at empowering women, such as free bus services, subsidised cooking gas cylinders at Rs 500, free electricity up to 200 units, and increasing Arogyasri health insurance coverage to Rs 10 lakh. Additionally, programs focused on job creation and other welfare schemes have been prioritised.
